Questions

Where are you located? Tap for the answer Atlanta. I work mostly around the top end of the Perimeter. Coming to you is $50 within 20 miles of Dunwoody, then $1 a mile after that, and I confirm the exact number with you before anything is charged. Tap to turn back

How does the pricing work? Tap for the answer Per person, by how many gifts they have. I have two wrapping levels, Standard and Luxe, and the whole family goes on one of them. Up to five, up to ten, up to twenty. More than twenty and I'll quote it. If you want someone treated differently, ask me and I'll sort it out. Tap to turn back

What is the difference between Standard and Luxe? Tap for the answer Standard is classic papers, ribbons and bows in one of three styles. Luxe is premium papers and upgraded trim, and you tell me what you want rather than picking from a list. Every booking needs at least 72 hours' notice, and Luxe needs seven days so I can source it. Can I use my own paper? Tap for the answer On the Luxe tier, yes! There is a material discount on Luxe if you want me to use your paper. If you run short I'll finish with Standard complimentary paper and Luxe trim rather than sourcing more of yours. Tap to turn back

What if I need to cancel? Tap for the answer Cancel 30 days or more before your date and I refund everything you have paid. 14 to 29 days before, I refund it all less 25 percent of your deposit. Less than 14 days before, I cannot refund anything. Everything else is on my terms page. Tap to turn back

What if a gift is bigger than I said? Tap for the answer A small difference I absorb. A significant one may cost more, and I'll always ask you first. Tap to turn back

Do you do anything besides wrapping? Tap for the answer Plenty. Birthdays, engagements, teacher appreciation, baby showers, Valentines, and just because. Reach out and we'll plan it. Tap to turn back
